Chair and Vice-Chair will be elected annually at the July/August meeting or the next possible meeting and must be citizen or elected official and Pottawattamie County resident.
The board composition will be a minimum of 9 and maximum of 15 and must constitute 51% citizen/elected officials.
A quorum will be the majority of the board members. A 15 member board requires a minimum of 8 board members present at the meeting to conduct business.
No board member shall serve more than 2 consecutive terms of three years each.
